1. Synthesis problem occuring with higher sampling rates.
   • Found by Rolf on UNIX.
   • pm hangs when calling:
     • pm -v -Asyn -p -R32000 -Ssource.format | tosf -R32000 -os ./s.sf
     • For sr=16000 example is perfectly ok.

2. Partial Analysis results in too short output.
3. API changes for PmReadPartialSet, PmWritePartialSet & PmDetectSpectralPeaks.
