Fixed synthesis bug.

Pipe support added for UNIX version of Parser:
If the output file is not mentioned, pm will write to the standard
output while the Mac version writes currently "untitledOut".
If the input file specified with the -S option is named
"-",i.e. "-S-", then pm reads this from the
