Which aspects are illustrated here ?
1. The "game generals" are shown : what could be called classic sonification
2. The three races share common states or situations : "out of order" and "rescued". It is interesting to see the three distinct translations of these states, in Terran, Protoss and Zerg spirit. This could also show how the "hi tech aspect" is rendred here.
3. There is an interesting gradation : Terran can talk properly, Protoss feature
a "semi noisy" SciFi talking, and Zerg don't talk : they grunt.
It seems then quite interesting to gather audio samples that illustrate common
character feedbacks, in order to get three "languages" for the same
word.
Furthermore, these actions, which are feedbacks from the three distincts versions
of the same character - a peon, ie a worker - are "quasi button" feedback
: "yes ?", "ok !" and "I can't". It is interesting
to get the common aspects for each feedback type, so the "feedback essence"
is clearly shown.
