"Welcome"
(also called : logon / login / connected)

When an application is successfully launched, a confirmation can sometimes be heard.
By "successfully", it is meant that every task required for lauching (including network login in certains cases) has been performed without error.

This confirmation is therefore a positive confirmation, apart from also being a real "welcome" message.

The examples that follow are taken from 4 distinct applications :
* Aol Instant Messenger - sound can be heard when application is launched, and AIM server succesfully contacted
* OutLook Express - can be heard when application launched, and mail server successfully contacted
* Entourage - idem
* Windows 98 - can be heard when Windows successfully started (current user logged in)
