A computational model of artificial emotions, by A. Camurri, P. Ferrentino and R. Dapello

Abstract:

Artificial emotions are a fundamental component of more powerful, flexible and effective human-machine interaction. Artificial emotions seem also crucial in the modelling of music processes (e.g., composition, performance, listening). In this paper we describe a proposal for a computational model of artificial emotions and its applications to interactive multimodal environments (MEs).
