We reached the stage of requesting final camera-ready submissions from the authors of accepted papers and posters. Camera-ready versions for the NIME 06 proceedings are due for April 15, 2006.

Please revise your paper or poster based on the feedback given in the notification email. If required, shorten you paper to the given length.

The final documents have to be uploaded as PDF files in A4 format.
Please use the updated A4 templates.

If you are using Word, note that the new template corresponds to keeping the same margins as the original ACM SIG format, but using an A4 page setup instead.

Make sure that all colored figures are compatible with black and white printing and avoid any compression in the transfer to the PDF format to ensure the best printing quality.

Make sure to submit a searchable PDF file! If you are not sure, try searching any word in your PDF file using your favourite PDF viewer.

The NIME 06 proceedings use an adapted A4 two-column format based on the ACM SIG alternate format.

All material on each page should fit within a rectangle of 17.2 x 24.6 cm (6.8" x 9.7"), centered on the page, beginning 2.54 cm (1") from the top of the page and ending with 2.54 cm (1") from the bottom. The right and left margins should be 1.9 cm (.75").

The following updated NIME 06 copyright text has to be placed on the bottom of the left column, on the first page only:
